Is Massachusetts Shaming Divorced Parents?

I think that most people would agree that education is important. Whether it be academic learning or finding better ways to communicate; it all has value. What if, after you decide to divorce, you are now required to take a class on parenting? Would this be helpful or would it seem intrusive and unnecessary?
